Instructions
    1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk to combine
    2. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
    3. Sprinkle on meat and vegetables while cooking. Use as you would a package mix.
    4. This mix can also be used as a rub. Apply to meat and/or vegetables at least an hour before cooking.

    Makes 1/3 cup. Use 2 to 3 tablespoons per pound of meat or veggies.

 
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp paprika (can use smoked paprika if you prefer)
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
